2. Hit Search and look up “Manage Administrator Profile Values.”
   Select the task, then find the ORA_IRC_CE_JOB_FIT_GAI_ENABLED profile option.
3. Change the Profile Values to Y to enable Job Fit (it’s set to N by default, meaning it’s turned off).
