Part 2: Configure Candidate Selection Process with Phase Event and Move actions using created Formulae as conditions.

• Navigate to the Setup for Recruiting and Candidate Experience:

• Under Candidate Job Applications, select Candidate Selection Process Configuration:

• Select the Candidate Selection Process you want to include the Fast Formulae in:

• Select the Interview Phase of your Candidate Selection Process. Once selected, under Phase Actions select Interview Updated from the Add Event drop-down list:

• From the Event added, click on the drop-down indicated by an orange downward facing arrow and select the Move action and click Add:

• Select the Phase and State that the Candidate should be automatically moved to based on the condition (for example: Interview, Scheduled). Click Continue:

• Under Conditions, click to Add Fast Formula

• Select from the drop-down the appropriate Formula for the given Condition. Enter a Name for the Action, and click Save and Continue:

• Once saved, the new action will appear next to the Phase Event you have created:
