What’s New in the 25A Release?

The Gig Admin Persona is designed to simplify and streamline gig management. Once granted the necessary privileges, Gig Admins can access the new Manage Gigs tab on the Opportunity Marketplace home page.

What Can Gig Admins Do?

• Unpublish Gigs: Instantly remove gigs that are no longer needed.
• Duplicate as Draft: Reuse an existing gig by duplicating it as a draft.
• Cancel Gigs: End gigs that are inactive or obsolete.
• Edit Gigs: Make updates or changes to gig details.
• View Gig Manager Profiles: Access insights about the gig owner.

Additionally, Gig Admins can click on a gig name to perform all actions available to the original gig manager, such as updating or publishing gigs.

Create Gigs for Other Managers

The 25A release also allows Gig Admins to create gigs on behalf of other managers. A new dropdown field on the Create Gig page lets them assign the gig to a specific manager, who is then notified about the assignment.
