This innovative tool empowers Line Managers and HR Specialists to create onboarding, offboarding, career development, and other journeys effortlessly. With AI-assisted suggestions, creating relevant tasks is now faster and simpler, streamlining your workforce management. 🚀

What’s New?

This feature leverages Generative AI to simplify the creation of journeys and tasks. You can use the AI Assist option across various Journey UIs, such as:

• Journey Templates page > Create
• Journey details page > Tasks section > Suggest Tasks
• Task Groups page > Create
• Explore tab > Create Journey

AI Assist Features:

1. Generate journey name and description.
2. Suggest task name, description, and instructions.
3. Provide a minimum of 10 task suggestions for onboarding, transfers, career development, and more.
4. Review and select tasks to include in new or existing journeys.

Steps to Enable

By default, the AI Assist feature is hidden. Follow these steps to enable it using Visual Builder Studio (VB Studio):

1. On the application home page, click My Client Groups > Journeys Setup > Journey Templates.
2. From the global header, click Settings and Actions > Edit Page in VB Studio.
3. Open or create a VB Studio project and select Express Mode.
4. In the Filter box, type show to locate the Show AI Assist field.
5. Set the field value to true.
6. Preview changes and publish them.
