How Does It Work?
1. Job Posting and Easy Apply on LinkedIn
Candidates can view jobs posted on LinkedIn and apply using the Easy Apply button, which simplifies the process by allowing them to upload their resume and answer questions right on the LinkedIn site.

After clicking the Easy Apply button, candidates are guided through an easy application process where they can upload their resume and answer any additional questions.

2. Submitting Job Applications
After candidates submit their applications, they are sent directly to Oracle Recruiting.

3. Tracking Application Status
Candidates can monitor the status of their applications on LinkedIn, providing them with real-time updates without needing to check multiple platforms.

4. Recruiter Access to LinkedIn Profiles
As a recruiter, you can view LinkedIn profiles within Oracle Recruiting, making it easier to evaluate candidates and progress their applications.

How to Enable LinkedIn Apply Connect
To take advantage of this feature, follow these steps:
1. Set Up a Default Recruiting Type
– Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area.
– Configure a default recruiting type in the candidate selection process.
2. Add Send Direct Apply Notification Action
– Decide which statuses you want to send notifications for.
– Add the Send Direct Apply Notification action to the candidate selection process.
3. Request or Update LinkedIn Integration
– Set up or update the LinkedIn integration within Oracle Recruiting to enable Apply Connect.
4. Activate Apply Connect
– Enable the feature and configure the necessary settings in Oracle Recruiting.
5. Schedule the Synchronize LinkedIn Data Process
– Run the Synchronize LinkedIn Data scheduled process to ensure data is updated regularly.
