Furthermore, all skills or qualifications defined for the learning are neatly listed, making it easy to assess the value a course offers at a glance.

The Skills Advisor for Learning process was also updated to let you curate skills suggestions in bulk as either related or outcome skills using the Microsoft Excel workbook output.

Administrators now manage the skills and qualifications directly from the Definition tab, under Skills and Qualifications, by clicking the Manage link. You no longer need to edit the learning and go to the Outcomes or Prerequisites tab. If you can’t edit the course or specialization, you won’t be able to edit its skills or qualifications but can still view them.

🔄 No Extra Steps to Enable

One of the best parts? There’s nothing you need to do to enable this feature. It’s ready to go, ensuring that you can start benefiting from these enhancements right away. However, a couple of tips to optimize your experience include enabling Dynamic Skills and the Redwood learning experience if you haven’t already.

While diving into this new feature, keep in mind that all existing courses and specializations remain unchanged. Any new additions of skills or qualifications will be added by default as related ones, not directly updating the learner’s talent profile on completion.
