- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Recruiting and Candidate Experience > Candidate Experience

- Click the Action Button on the Career Sites Configuration row. Select Export to CSV > Create New

- Click on Submit

- Click on OK to Confirm the message

- Click the Action Button on the Career Sites Configuration row again. Select Export to CSV > View All

- Refresh the page until your process has been completed

- Click the Actions button > Download > CSV File Package

- Save the File on Your Computer

- Click Done button

- Click the Action Button on the Career Sites Configuration row. Select Import to CSV > Create New

- Click ‘Browse’… button

- Select the previously downloaded file

- Click Submit button

- Click on OK to Confirm the message
- Click the Action Button on the Career Sites Configuration row again. Select Import to CSV > View All

- Refresh the page until your process has been completed

- Click Done button

- Click on Career Sites Configuration

- Imported career sites are added on top of existing sites and are inactive upon import. The site code must be unique to the environment. When a career site is imported, the original site code is amended by adding (Copy_1). If (Copy_1) already exists, the number is augmented (example: Copy_2, Copy_3).

- Click on the gear icon against each Career Site and validate all tabs, publishing the Splash Page, Custom Pages, and the Career Site once satisfied all reflect accurately
