The Team Goals Center is a one-stop hub for managers to view and manage the performance and development goals of their team members. Accessible through the “My Team” quick action, the Center is divided into two main tabs: Performance Goals and Development Goals, each tailored to address specific aspects of team member’s growth and achievements.

🎯 Performance Goals Tab

On the Performance Goals tab, managers can:

  • View statistics for a goal plan, including the number of performance goals in various statuses, aligned goals, and goal plans pending approval.
  • Identify the number of goals each team member has completed.
  • Sort team members by last name, last update date of their goals, or total goals assigned.
  • View and assign performance goals, enhancing the strategic alignment and productivity of the team.

🌱 Development Goals Tab

The Development Goals tab enables managers to:

  • Get insights into the number of development goals in different statuses.
  • Identify and assist team members with development plans pending approval.
  • Assign development goals to foster personal and professional growth.

✨ Assigning Goals Made Simple

Assigning goals, whether performance or development-oriented, is now more intuitive. Managers can create new goals or utilize suggested ones, include themselves in goal assignments, and select assignees among direct, indirect, or dotted-line reports. The flexibility to edit goal definitions and add tasks ensures a personalized approach to goal management.

📈 Viewing and Managing Team Member Goals

Viewing a team member’s goals is straightforward. Select a team member to see their performance and development goals, categorized by status (not started, in progress, completed). Managers can request feedback, align goals, share, and more, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

🔄 Comprehensive Goal Management

The integration of the Performance Document, Check-in, and Goals Center features under the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option ensures a unified approach to managing team goals. This synergy allows for seamless goal tracking and adjustments, enhancing the overall team management process.
