Gathering feedback just got a whole lot simpler, thanks to the new survey UI in Oracle Core HR. Whether it’s getting insights on projects, the work environment, skills, or training, this feature is your go-to for crafting surveys that hit the mark.

  • A seamless survey experience using journeys and questionnaires.
  • Easy to create, manage, and customize surveys for your direct reports.

Creating a Survey: A Walkthrough

  1. Access: Jump into the new survey UI from your Team Activity Center page or hit the Create Survey quick action under the My Team tab.
  2. Options Galore:
    Copy from the existing survey: Start with a template from your past creations.
    Create survey: Whip up a brand new survey with all the trimmings.
    Create a survey with AI Assist: Let AI give you a hand in drafting your survey.
  3. After Creation: Preview, set dates, and assign. You can also tweak questions, add new ones, or change their order.
  4. Question Customization: Dive deep into customizing your questions with required fields, and response types, and even adding custom options.

Click Surveys Link from Team Activity Center Page to Edit Survey from Explore Tab
Filter the Journey by Survey Category on Explore Tab
Click the Manage Assigned Journeys Icon
Extend the Survey End Date and Assign Survey for New Workers
Survey End Date Extended for All Assignees
Edit Action for the Survey
Questions in Edit Flow
Enter End Date and Add Assignees

    I have one question.
    While testing Create Survey Manager Experience, under Questionnaire section I’m not able to add aby new questions. Is there any separate Profile option for that or Opting for Recruitment Cloud is mandatory to use this Create Survey feature?
